The invention discloses a viaduct overload monitoring and early warning system and method. The system comprises a dynamic weighing module, a monitoring snapshot module, a data analysis module, an early warning feedback module and a traffic police team monitoring center. The user firstly obtains self-weight information and geometric dimensions of a bridge and inputs corresponding parameter values into a computing processor in a data analysis module; the weighing data from the dynamic weighing module is marked as P; the calculation processor calculates the pier reaction force R according to theweighing data P and the self-weight parameters of the bridge, and calculates the overturning moment L and the anti-overturning moment LR of the bridge respectively; if L is larger than or equal to LR,the vehicle is marked as an overload dangerous vehicle, and real-time feedback is conducted; in other cases, direct release is performed. Vehicles can be timely and effectively prevented from entering and quickly driven to the site for processing, the generalizability is high and the realization difficulty is low.

    本发明公开了一种高架桥梁超载监测与预警的系统与方法,系统包括:动态称重模块、监控抓拍模块、数据分析模块、预警反馈模块及交警大队监控中心;使用者首先获取桥梁的自重信息和几何尺寸,并将相应参数值输入至数据分析模块中的计算处理器;将来自动态称重模块的称重数据标记为P;计算处理器根据称重数据P以及桥梁的自重参数计算得出桥墩反力R,分别计算桥梁的倾覆力矩L及抗倾覆力矩L;若L≥L,则将此车辆标记为超载危险车辆,并即时反馈;其余情况,直接放行。本发明可以及时有效地制止车辆驶入并迅速赶至现场进行处理,可推广性高,实现难度低。
