The invention discloses a traffic equipment invisible pile management system and method based on a positioning technology. The system mainly comprises an operation management platform, a central control unit, a positioning module, a wireless communication module, a lock and traffic equipment, and is used for parking management of the traffic equipment such as shared bicycles and judging whether the traffic equipment is allowed to be locked or not through comparison of instant positioning information of the traffic equipment and data of an allowed parking area database. If the traffic equipmentis located outside an allowed parking area, the user is allowed to temporary lock the traffic equipment by submitting a special use application and signing a special use protocol if the user must park. For the situation that the traffic equipment is located outside the allowed parking area and no special use application is submitted, the system refuses to lock the traffic equipment. The problem of disordered parking of vehicles such as shared bicycles and shared skateboards can be solved, the loss rate and the operation and maintenance cost are reduced, the pile-free flexibility of shared vehicles is kept, and the order of fixed pile management is achieved.

    一种基于定位技术的交通设备隐形桩管理系统与方法,主要包括:运营管理平台、中心控制单元、定位模块、无线通迅模块、锁具、交通设备,用于共享单车等交通设备停靠管理,通过交通设备的即时定位信息与允许停靠区域数据库的数据比对判定是否允许锁定交通设备。如交通设备处于允许停靠区域之外,使用者必须停靠则应提交特殊使用申请,并签订特殊使用协议后才允许临时锁定交通设备。对处于允许停靠区域外又未提出特殊使用申请,系统将拒绝锁定交通设备。本发明可解决共享单车、共享滑板等交通工具的乱停放问题,降低损耗率与运营维护成本,既保有共享类交通工具无桩的灵活性,又有固定桩管理的秩序性。
