The invention discloses a novel mining heavy four-wheel drive vehicle and a control method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of coal mine transportation equipment. The mining heavy four-wheel drive vehicle comprises a shovel plate, a front rack, a middle rack, a rear rack and a battery rack. The shovel plate is arranged in front of the front rack; the front rack is connected with the middle rack through a hinge part; the rear end of the middle rack is connected with the rear rack; the rear end of the rear rack is connected with the battery rack; and a left steering oil cylinder and aright steering oil cylinder which are connected with the middle rack and the rear rack are arranged on the left side and the right side of the hinge part respectively. When the heavy four-wheel drivevehicle moves straightly or steers, the angle of a front wheel relative to the front rack is kept unchanged, the angle of a rear wheel relative to the rear rack is kept unchanged, and steering is achieved through stretching and retracting of the left steering oil cylinder and the right steering oil cylinder. When the heavy four-wheel drive vehicle moves straightly, the left steering oil cylinderand the right steering oil cylinder are kept parallel. Walking control is conducted according to the whole vehicle power distribution principle, namely, torque distribution of the front wheel and therear wheel is conducted in different running states, so that the running stability of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明一种新型矿用重型四驱车及其控制方法,属于煤矿运输设备技术领域;该矿用重型四驱车包括铲板、前机架、中机架、后机架和电池架,铲板设置在前机架的前方,前机架通过铰接部联接中机架,中机架的后端联接后机架,后机架的后端联接电池架,铰接部的左右两侧分别设有联接中机架和后机架的左转向油缸和右转向油缸,该重型四驱车在直行或转向时,前车轮相对前机架的角度保持不变,后车轮相对后机架的角度保持不变,转向通过左转向油缸和右转向油缸的伸缩实现;当该重型四驱车直行时,左转向油缸和右转向油缸保持平行;以整车动力分配原则进行行走控制,即不同的行车状态进行前后轮的力矩分配,提高了车辆运行的稳定性。
