The invention discloses a defrosting and anti-fogging control method for an air conditioner of a new energy vehicle. The defrosting and anti-fogging control method comprises the following steps that S1, a humidity value H of front windshield glass is collected through an anti-fogging sensor; S2, whether the current humidity value H is larger than 50% or not is judged, if so, S3 is executed, and ifnot, the S1 is executed again; S3, an automatic defrosting action is executed, the outer circulation opening degree is made to reach 80%, a foot blowing/defrosting mode is started, and the duration is deltaT; S4, whether the current humidity value H is smaller than 50% or not is judged, if so, S5 is executed, and if not, the S3 is executed again; and S5, the working state before automatic defrosting is recovered. Defrosting and anti-fogging control logic is formulated through a winter real vehicle calibration test.
