The invention provides a damping device. The damping device comprises an equal-thickness cylindrical oil needle, a floating oil hole baffle, an oil separating pan and a limiting nut end; the outer surface of the oil needle is equiangularly provided with flow grooves in the longitudinal axis of the oil needle; the oil hole baffle is an open circular ring shape and is centrally provided with an inner hole; the diameter of the outer surface of the oil needle is equal to the that of the inner hole of the oil hole baffle; the oil separating pan is centrally provided with an inner hole, a circular groove and a clamping groove; the limiting nut end is centrally provided with an inner hole; the oil hole baffle is installed inside the circular groove of the oil separating pan; and the limiting nutend is connected inside the clamping groove of the oil separating pan so that the oil hole baffle is limited between the oil separating pan and the limiting nut end, thus the oil hole baffle has a flotation space in both axial direction and radial direction. The damping device provided by the invention realizes that the cross section shape where flow passes is not affected by installation and use,thus the buffering performance parameters of a landing gear buffer are kept stable, and the requirements on the installation of the oil needle are also reduced, thereby not only saving the installation time, but also significantly improving the economic efficiency.

    本发明提供了一种阻尼装置包括等粗圆柱状油针、浮动油孔挡片、分油盘和限位螺母端头。油针的外表面上沿其纵向轴线等角度地开设有过流槽。油孔挡片呈开口圆环状,其上居中地设有内孔。油针外表面直径与油孔挡片内孔直径相等。分油盘上居中地开设有内孔、圆槽和卡槽。限位螺母端头上居中地开设有内孔。油孔挡片安装在分油盘的圆槽内,限位螺母端头连接到分油盘的卡槽内,从而将油孔挡片限制在分油盘与限位螺母端头之间,由此油孔挡片沿轴向及径向均具有浮动空间。本发明阻尼装置实现了过流截面形状不受安装及使用影响,因而不仅使起落架缓冲器的缓冲性能参数保持稳定,而且还降低了对油针安装的要求,既节省了安装时间,又显著地提高了经济效益。
