The invention belongs to the technical field of coal mine special vehicle braking system control, and particularly relates to a full-hydraulic braking efficiency sequential distribution system of a mining rubber-tyred vehicle. An oil inlet of a brake energy accumulator, an oil inlet of a stop valve and a port P1 and a port P2 of a service brake valve are connected with a hydraulic oil source, an oil return port T of the service brake valve and an oil outlet of the stop valve are jointly connected with an oil inlet of a return oil filter, a working port A1 of the service brake valve is connected with a port P of a brake sequence electromagnetic valve II of a rear axle, a working port A2 of the service brake valve is connected with a port P of a brake sequence electromagnetic valve I of a front axle, the port A of the brake sequence electromagnetic valve I and a port A of the brake sequence electromagnetic valve II are connected with a front brake and a rear axle brake respectively, andthe brake sequence electromagnetic valve I and the brake sequence electromagnetic valve II guide brake pressure of the working ports A1 and A2 of the service brake valve to the port P1 and the port P2of the brake pressure replication valve through internal oil ducts respectively. The phenomenon of hydraulic lag of an original vehicle braking system is eliminated, and the use safety of a vehicle is improved.

    本发明属于煤矿特种车辆制动系统控制的技术领域,具体是一种矿用胶轮车全液压制动效能顺序分配系统。制动蓄能器进油口、截止阀进油口以及行车制动阀的P口和P口分别与液压油源连接,行车制动阀的回油口T和截止阀出油口共同与回油过滤器进油口连接,行车制动阀工作口A与后桥的制动顺序电磁阀Ⅱ的P口连接,行车制动阀工作口A与前桥的制动顺序电磁阀Ⅰ的P口连接,制动顺序电磁阀Ⅰ的A口和制动顺序电磁阀Ⅱ的A口分别与前制动器和后桥制动器连接,制动顺序电磁阀Ⅰ和制动顺序电磁阀Ⅱ分别通过内部油道将行车制动阀工作口A和A的制动压力引到制动压力复制阀的P和P口。本发明消除了原车制动系统液压滞后的现象,提升了车辆使用安全性。
