The invention discloses a bottom lifting mechanism and a hydraulic bracket. The bottom lifting mechanism comprises a bottom lifting jack, a base and a bottom lifting framework, wherein the bottom-lifting jack comprises a piston rod; a first circular-arc structure and a first pin hole are formed in the piston rod; the first circular-arc structure is positioned on the end part of the piston rod; thefirst pin hole penetrates through the piston rod in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the piston rod; the first pin hole is positioned in one end, close to the first circular-arc structure, of the piston rod; the base is provided with a sleeve structure; the bottom lifting jack is arranged in the sleeve structure; the bottom lifting jack can axially move along the sleeve structure; the bottom lifting framework is arranged on the base, and is positioned above the sleeve structure; the top plate of the bottom lifting framework is provided with a second circular-arc structure; and the first circular-arc structure is in contact with the second circular-arc structure. The bottom lifting mechanism disclosed by the invention avoids the effect that a slide shoe structure easily drops in a base slide path, and further avoids the problem that a pin roll is stressed to bend and damage in operation of the bottom lifting jack as a hinged part of an existing sleeve type mechanism has a too great gap.
