The invention relates to the field of installation operation of steelmaking converter steam drums, in particular to a rapid hoisting construction method of the converter steam drums. The method comprises the following steps of conveying the steam drums to the position below a converter high-rise frame oxygen lance hoisting hole; erecting a vertical lifting device to lift the steam drums to a 37-meter platform in the middle of a high-rise frame; erecting a steam drum hoisting device to hoist the steam drums to a 56-meter mounting platform; and fourthly, paving a sliding rail to enable the steamdrums to be in place. According to the method, on the premise that a high-rise frame steel structure platform of a converter is not greatly changed, two times of hydraulic lifting are adopted, and then sliding is carried out to enable the steam drums to be in place. According to the installation method, the advanced hydraulic lifting device is adopted for hoisting the steam drums, the hoisting process is stable and efficient, and rapid hoisting of the converter steam drums is achieved.
本发明涉及炼钢转炉汽包的安装作业领域,具体是一种转炉汽包快速吊装施工方法;包括将汽包运送至转炉高层框架氧枪吊装孔下方;架设垂直提升装置将汽包吊装至高层框架中部37米平台;架设汽包吊装装置将汽包吊装至56米安装平台;步骤4、铺设滑移轨道就位汽包。本方法在不对转炉高层框架钢结构平台进行较大改动的前提下,采用两次液压提升再进行滑移就位汽包。本安装方法采用先进的液压提升装置进行汽包吊装,吊装过程平稳、高效,实现了转炉汽包的快速吊装。
