When underwater inspection is carried out, the sealing structure is opened, the position of the third through hole relative to the second through hole is observed through the first through hole, whether the rudder stock sleeve and the bushing move or not is directly judged, a feeler gauge isinserted through the first through hole, the second through hole and the third through hole, the gap between a shaft sleeve and the bushing is inspected, the abrasion condition is determined, and detection is convenient and rapid.
