The invention provides an air duct flow dividing structure and an air control system and method of an automobile air conditioner. The air duct flow dividing structure comprises a shell and a flow dividing assembly arranged in the shell, the shell is of a cavity structure, and the cavity structure comprises an air inlet duct provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, a distribution cavity connected to the air outlet side of the air inlet duct and a plurality of sub air outlet ducts connected to the air outlet side of the distribution cavity. The flow dividing assembly is arranged in the distribution cavity, so that the distribution amount of total air entering the distribution cavity from the air inlet duct to the plurality of sub air outlet ducts is adjusted as required; the flow dividing assembly comprises an upper perforated plate and a lower perforated plate which are oppositely arranged up and down in the air inlet direction, and the upper perforated plate and the lower perforated plate can be independently controlled to slide or can be simultaneously controlled to slide in the same direction or in opposite directions; when the upper perforated plate or the lower perforatedplate slides in the direction away from each other, at least part of the flowing path of air flowing into the multiple sub air outlet channels from the air inlet is changed.
