The invention relates to a construction method of a multi-layer segmentation type main cable, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The method comprises the following steps thattransverse moving slideway beams are mounted on tops of a first tower and a second tower, a transverse moving sliding frame is in sliding connection to the tops of the transverse moving slideway beams, a load bearing cable and a traction cable are erected between the first tower and the second tower, a main cable is divided into an upper layer second main cable and a lower layer second main cable, the head of the upper layer second main cable or the lower layer second main cable is connected with the traction cable, and is moved to the second tower to be anchored with the second tower, a tension device is used for reversely tensioning the upper layer second main cable or the lower layer second main cable to be anchored with the first tower, the transverse moving sliding frame on the topsof the slideway beams is transversely moved to the set position, and construction continues until construction is finished. A method of repeated mounting and dismounting through multiple traction systems or one traction system is not needed, mounting of a large amount of main cables can be achieved, work difficulty is reduced, and mounting efficiency can be improved.

    本申请涉及一种多层分段式主缆索的施工方法,属于建筑施工技术领域,所述方法包括以下步骤:在第一塔架和第二塔架的顶部均安装横移滑道梁,在横移滑道梁的顶部滑动连接横移滑架,在第一塔架和第二塔架之间搭设承重索和牵引索;将主缆索分为上层第二段主缆索和下层第二段主缆索;将上层第二段主缆索或下层第二段主缆索的头部与牵引索连接,将其移动到第二塔架并与第二塔架锚固;利用张拉设备反向张拉上层第二段主缆索或下层第二段主缆索与第一塔架锚固;再横移滑道梁顶部的横移滑架至设定位置,继续施工直至完工。本方法无需采用多个牵引系统或者一个牵引系统多次安装和拆卸的方法实现大量主缆索的安装,降低工作难度,提高了安装效率。
