The invention discloses a multi-island construction method in a large ship dock and application. The method comprises the following steps: S1, dividing a large block, and determining whether to employthe multi-island construction method in the large ship dock or not; S2, calculating the weight of the large block of the large ship, and counting available three-dimensional adjustment instruments; S3, dividing a to-be-built large block, and formulating a large block displacement scheme and a three-dimensional adjustment instrument arrangement scheme; S4, arranging the three-dimensional adjustinginstruments in the large ship dock according to the three-dimensional adjustment instrument arrangement scheme, and completing the construction of the large block; and S5, performing layout adjustment on the condition that the three-dimensional adjustment instruments are not synchronous, and then performing final assembling after block displacement is carried out on all large blocks through the three-dimensional adjustment instruments. The problem of overweight large-scale block continuous micro-displacement of a large-scale ship is solved, cooperation of three-dimensional adjusting instruments with different jacking capacities is achieved, and the construction period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种大型船舶船坞内多岛建造方法及应用,该方法包括以下步骤:S1划分大型总段,确定是否采用大型船舶船坞内多岛建造方法;S2:对大型船舶的大型总段重量计算,同时对可供使用的三维调整仪统计;S3:将待建大型总段进行划分,制定大型总段移位方案以及三维调整仪布置方案;S4:根据三维调整仪布置方案在大型船舶船坞内布置三维调整仪,完成大型总段的建造;S5:对三维调整仪不同步的情况进行布局调整,然后利用三维调整仪同步对所有大型总段进行总段移位后总装即可。解决了大型船舶超重的大型总段连续微移,实现不同顶升能力三维调整仪的协作,缩短建造工期。
