The invention discloses a universal structure of a vehicle side battery frame. The universal structure comprises a frame side plate, a side battery supporting bracket and a plurality of frame connecting plate structures arranged at intervals in the linear direction. A frame side plate is fixed on each frame connecting plate structure, and a side battery support bracket is fixed between the frame side plates on two adjacent frame connecting plate structures; the frame connecting plate structures comprise connecting straight plates; a longitudinal fixing support perpendicular to each connectingstraight plate is fixed to the outer side surface of the connecting straight plate, and the frame side plates are fixed to the longitudinal fixing support. The side battery frame is constructed on thebasis of the connecting plate structures, the structural form of the battery frame is flexible and changeable, the requirement for vehicle deformation can be met, and the installation requirement forarranging one or more layers of battery packs at the side positions of different vehicle types is met. Main components such as side plates and side battery supporting brackets are highly standardizedand universalized. The battery frame is convenient and rapid to install and maintain, and the production and maintenance cost of the battery frame is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种车辆侧部电池框架的通用结构,包括框架侧板、侧部电池支撑托架和沿直线方向间隔布置的多个框架连接板结构;每个框架连接板结构上均固定有一块框架侧板,位于相邻两个框架连接板结构上的框架侧板之间固定有侧部电池支撑托架;框架连接板结构包括连接直板,连接直板的外侧表面上固定有与其垂直的纵向固定支架,框架侧板固定于纵向固定支架上。通过连接板结构为基础构建侧部电池框架,电池框架的结构形式灵活多变、能够适应车辆变型的需求,满足不同车型在侧部位置布置一层或多层电池包的安装需求。侧板、侧部电池支撑托架等主要构件高度标准化和通用化。电池框安装维修方便快速,同时降低了电池框架的生产维护成本。
