The invention relates to a transportation impact recorder based on the Internet of Things and a recording method thereof. The transportation impact recorder comprises an attitude data acquisition module, a GPS positioning module, an ultra wide band module, a main control module, an Internet of Things module, a storage module, a USB interface module and an alarm module. The attitude data acquisition module is used for acquiring various original attitude data in an automobile driving process, the GPS positioning module is used for acquiring longitude and latitude information, and the ultra-wideband module is used for acquiring ranging information; the main control module processes the acquired data and stores the processed data in the storage module; the Internet of Things module is used foruploading data to the Internet of Things; the USB interface module is connected with external equipment; the alarm module realizes an alarm function through ringing. According to the method disclosedin the invention, the defects of a single sensor in calculating the accurate position and orientation are overcome, and high-precision motion detection is realized; positioning and distance measuringare carried out on goods in the carriage, and a new technical means is provided for monitoring and preventing collision between the goods and the carriage wall.

    本发明涉及一种基于物联网的运输冲击记录仪及其记录方法,其包括姿态数据采集模块、GPS定位模块、超宽带模块、主控模块、物联网模块、存储模块、USB接口模块、报警模块;姿态数据采集模块采集汽车行驶过程中的各种原始姿态数据,GPS定位模块采集经纬度信息,超宽带模块采集测距信息;主控模块把采集到的数据进行处理,并把处理后的数据保存到存储模块;物联网模块实现数据上传到物联网上;USB接口模块实现和外部设备的连接;报警模块通过鸣响实现报警功能。本发明弥补了单个传感器计算准确位置和方位时的不足,实现了高精度的运动检测;对车厢内的货物进行定位测距,为监测和避免货物与车厢壁发生碰撞提供了一种新的技术手段。
