The invention discloses a rice cooking device and relates to the technical field of food processing equipment. The rice cooling device comprises a heating mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a dropping mechanism and a push mechanism, wherein the heating mechanism, the lifting mechanism, the dropping mechanism and the push mechanism are arranged on a steaming tank frame and are controlled by controllers; the lifting mechanism and the dropping mechanism are arranged in parallel along a length direction of a conveyer belt; clamping fixtures for supporting meal boxes on the conveyer belt are lifted bythe lifting mechanism and are dissociated from positioning pins on the conveyer belt; the clamping fixtures are lifted to a top through the lifting mechanism; rice in the meal boxes is steamed through the heating mechanism; at the top of the steaming tank frame, the clamping fixtures are pushed to the side of the dropping mechanism through the push mechanism; the clamping fixtures are descended to the bottom of the steaming tank frame through the dropping mechanism and placed on the conveyer belt to be matched with the positioning pins; and the conveyer belt is driven by the conveying mechanism to convey the meal boxes with cooked rice to a next procedure. By adopting the rice cooking device, steaming and conveying of rice in the meal boxes on the clamping fixtures can be achieved, a rolling steaming operation mode is adopted, the production capacity can be increased, meanwhile, manual sub-packaging is not needed, and the cleanliness in the rice steaming and conveying process can be ensured.

    本发明公开了一种米饭熟化装置,涉及食品加工设备技术领域,包括设于蒸箱框架上由控制器控制的加热机构、提升机构、下放机构和推送机构,提升机构和下放机构沿传送带长度方向并列设置,通过提升机构将传送带上承托餐盒的胎具提升并脱离传送带上的定位销,利用提升机构将胎具升至顶部,借助加热机构对餐盒内的米饭进行蒸制,在蒸箱框架顶部推送机构将胎具推至下放机构侧,通过下放机构将胎具降至蒸箱框架底部并放至传送带上与定位销配合,输送机构驱动传送带将蒸制好米饭的餐盒输送至下一工序。利用本发明能够实现对胎具上餐盒内米饭的蒸制及输送,采用滚动蒸制的作业方式,提高了生产量;同时无需人工分装,确保米饭蒸制和运输过程中的洁净度。
