The invention discloses a shared vehicle scheduling method, system and device and a computer storage medium. The method comprises the steps: receiving a vehicle using request sent by a client; in thepre-dispatched shared vehicles, determining a target shared vehicle matched with the vehicle use request; and sending information of the target shared vehicle to the client, so that a user of the client schedules the target shared vehicle. In the present application, The target shared vehicle needing to be scheduled can be allocated to the client according to the vehicle using request of the client; the information of the target shared vehicle is sent to the client, so that the user of the client can schedule the target shared vehicle, the purpose of scheduling the shared vehicle by means of the traveling user is achieved, and compared with the existing technology of scheduling the shared vehicle only based on a dispatcher, the demand for the dispatcher is reduced, and the scheduling flexibility of the shared vehicle is improved. The shared vehicle scheduling system and device and the computer readable storage medium provided by the invention also solve the corresponding technical problems.

    本申请公开了一种共享车辆调度方法、系统、设备及计算机存储介质,接收客户端发送的用车请求;在预调度共享车辆中,确定出与用车请求匹配的目标共享车辆;发送目标共享车辆的信息至客户端,以使客户端的用户对目标共享车辆进行调度。本申请中,可以根据客户端的用车请求为客户端分配需调度的目标共享车辆,并发送目标共享车辆的信息至客户端,使得客户端的用户可以对目标共享车辆进行调度,实现了借助出行的用户对共享车辆进行调度的目的,与现有仅基于调度员对共享车辆进行调度的技术相比,降低了对调度员的需求,提高了共享车辆的调度灵活性。本申请提供的一种共享车辆调度系统、设备及计算机可读存储介质也解决了相应技术问题。
