The invention discloses a side hanging type novel supporting frame, a novel full-automatic climbing system and a climbing method of the novel full-automatic climbing system. The supporting frame comprises at least two layers of restraining mechanisms capable of restraining a tower crane; the restraining mechanisms comprise supporting beams and horizontal web members, a plurality of vertical web members and inclined web members are connected between every two adjacent layers of restraining structures, and the horizontal web members, the vertical web members, the inclined web members and the supporting beams are rigidly connected; and jacking frames are correspondingly connected with the supporting beams of different layers of restraining mechanisms. The climbing method of the novel full-automatic climbing system is characterized in that the tower crane can climb along the side face of a super high-rise building structure in a full-automatic mode through the two supporting frames and thejacking device. According to the side hanging type novel supporting frame, the novel full-automatic climbing system and the climbing method of the novel full-automatic climbing system, full-automaticclimbing is achieved, the efficiency is high, and the influence on the construction progress of constructional engineering is very small; the operation safety of personnel is improved; and the work amount of embedding the support in building engineering construction is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种侧挂式新型支承架、新型全自动爬升系统及其爬升方法,其支承架包括至少两层能够约束塔式起重机的约束机构,约束结构包括支承梁和水平腹杆,相邻两层约束结构之间连接有若干竖向腹杆和斜腹杆,所述水平腹杆、竖向腹杆、斜腹杆与支承梁之间均采用刚性连接;顶升框分别连接在不同层约束机构的支承梁上。其爬升方法是利用两个支承架和一套顶升装置来实现塔式起重机沿超高层建筑结构侧面全自动爬升。本发明实现了全自动爬升,效率高,对建筑工程施工进度的影响很小;提高了人员操作安全性;大大降低了建筑工程施工中埋设支座的工程量。
