The invention discloses a placing tool for a hoisting device for special vehicle wheel rough machining. The placing tool comprises an overall framework, an upper part beam structural member and a central supporting member. The overall framework comprises side supporting rods which are arranged in lateral symmetry; a plurality of side supporting rods are arranged on each side; a first bottom beam is welded to the bottom end of each supporting rod on each side; and a second bottom beam is welded to the lower parts of every two corresponding side supporting rods. The upper part beam structural member is welded to the upper part of each of the supporting rods which are arranged on both the left and right sides, and a plurality of horizontal hooks are evenly arranged on the upper part beam structural member. The central supporting member is arranged between the overall framework and the upper part beam structural member. The placing tool is of a novel structural design and compact and reasonable configuration, occupies a small area, requires a small investment, and is low in operation maintenance expenses, convenient to operate, and safe and reliable. The placing tool can effectively solve the problems that in manual operation, existing vehicle wheel hoisting devices cost a long time, require great manpower, and are highly unsafe, and that random placing on the site can easily causemissing of parts and components on the special vehicle wheel hoisting devices or cause collapse or smash of a vehicle wheel.

    本发明公开了一种专用车轮粗加工吊具的摆放工装,包括整体框架、上部横梁结构件和中间支撑件;整体框架包括左右对称设置的侧支撑杆,每侧侧支撑杆为若干根,每侧各侧支撑杆底端焊接设有第一底部横梁,每相对应两根侧支撑杆下部焊接设有第二底部横梁;上部横梁结构件焊接设在左右两侧设置的各支撑杆上部,其上均匀设有若干水平钩头;中间支撑件设在整体框架与上部横梁结构件之间。本发明结构设计新颖,配置紧凑、合理,占地面积小,投资省,运行维护费用低,操作方便,安全可靠,能够有效解决当前车轮吊具在人工操作时,不但费时、费力而且极不安全以及无规范的现场摆放容易造成专用吊具上零部件的缺失和车轮倒垛砸坏存在的问题。
