The invention discloses a ladle cover lifting and rotating mechanism which comprises a rack, a lifting frame and a rotating motor. Guide structures are arranged on the two sides of the interior of therack correspondingly. The lifting frame is movably installed between the two guide structures, and the bottom of the lifting frame is connected with a drive mechanism installed on the rack. The rotating motor is installed in the lifting frame, an output shaft of the rotating motor is connected with the bottom end of a long shaft which is vertically arranged, the long shaft sequentially penetratesthe lifting frame and the rack, the top end of the long shaft is connected with a supporting beam, and the other end of the supporting beam is connected with a ladle cover. The structure is compact,one piece of equipment can be used for achieving ascending and descending of the ladle cover, transfer ladle running is facilitated, ladle cover rotating can also be achieved, it is ensured that molten iron is completely poured into the transfer ladle when being poured by an electric furnace, running is stable and reliable, protection is easy, the driving mechanism is protected, colliding of the driving mechanism is avoided, parts and lines of the driving mechanism are prevented from being burned by the high temperature of the ladle, the failure rate is reduced, and normal running of production is ensured.

    一种包盖升降旋转机构,包括:机架,所述机架内两侧分别设有导向结构;升降框,所述升降框活动安装在两导向结构之间,升降框底部与安装在机架上的驱动机构相连;旋转电机,所述旋转电机安装在升降框内,旋转电机的输出轴与竖直设置的长轴底端相连,长轴依次穿出升降框及机架其顶端连接支撑梁,支撑梁另一端连接包盖。结构紧凑,一台设备既可实现包盖的升降,方便转运包运行,又可实现包盖的旋转,保证电炉倾倒铁水时完全倒入转运包内,且运行稳定可靠,易于防护,对驱动机构进行保护,避免驱动机构被碰撞以及被铁水包高温灼伤部件及线路,降低故障率,保证生产正常运行。
