The propeller hub body and the propeller hub crown are integrally connected; the outer side of the end, away from the propeller hub crown, of the propeller hub body is integrally connected with a circular-ring-shaped propeller hub ring; hemispherical grooves are evenly formed in the circular ring face, opposite to the propeller hub crown, of the propeller hub ring in the circumferential direction; a propeller shaft connecting hole is formed in the center of the end, away from the propeller hub crown, of the propeller hub body; a first internal thread is arranged on the front section of the interior of the propeller shaft connecting hole; and an elastic ring is arranged on the rear section of the interior of the propeller shaft connecting hole in a clamped mode. Limiting in the vertical direction and the circumferential direction is added to the propeller, the propeller is prevented from loosening, the stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle propeller is improved, the elastic ring of the improved design is clamped in the propeller shaft connecting hole, the locking force and friction force of the propeller hub body to the propeller shaft are increased, and the flight safety of an unmanned aerial vehicle is improved.

    本发明提供了一种无人直升机的主桨毂整体设计,包括圆柱状的桨毂体和半球状的桨毂冠,所述桨毂体和所述桨毂冠一体连接;所述桨毂体远离所述桨毂冠的一端外侧一体连接有圆环状的桨毂环,所述桨毂环与所述桨毂冠相对的圆环面上分别沿周向均匀的设有半球形的凹槽;所述桨毂体远离所述桨毂冠的一端居中开设有桨轴连接孔,所述桨轴连接孔的内部前段设置有第一内螺纹,所述桨轴连接孔的内部后段卡设有弹性圈。本发明对螺旋桨增加竖直及周向方向的限位,防止螺旋桨松动,提高了无人机螺旋桨的平稳性,通过在桨轴连接孔内卡装改进设计的弹性圈,增加桨毂体对桨轴的锁紧力和摩擦力,提高了无人机飞行的安全性。
