The invention provides a traffic control scheduling method for an AGV cross region, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, judging whether there is an AGV which is about to enter the crossregion or not, and entering S2 if there is the AGV which is about to enter the cross region; S2, counting the number a of AGVs in the intersection area in real time; S3, comparing a with a limit valueb set in the intersection area, determining whether the AGV about to enter the intersection area is allowed to pass or forbidden: if a is smaller than b, executing step S4, and if a is greater than or equal to b, executing the step S5; S4, performing releasing: the scheduling platform sends a releasing instruction to the AGVs outside the cross area, and the AGVs enter the cross area; S5, forbidding entry: sending a control parking instruction by the scheduling platform, and forbidding the AGV to enter a cross area; S6, repeating the steps S1-S5. According to the method, the maximization of the operation efficiency of each AGV is realized, and the AGV working efficiency and the logistics carrying efficiency are greatly improved. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a scheduling system for realizing the scheduling method.

    本发明提供了一种AGV交叉区域的限行调度方法,所述的方法包括以下步骤:S1:判断是否存在即将进入交叉区域的AGV,若是,则进入S2;S2:实时统计交叉区域内的AGV数量a;S3:将a与交叉区域设定的限定值b对比,决定对即将进入交叉区域的AGV是放行或者禁入:若a<b,则执行步骤S4;若a≥b,则执行步骤S5;S4:放行:调度平台发送放行指令给交叉区域外的AGV,AGV进入交叉区域;S5:禁入:调度平台发送管制停车指令,禁止AGV进入交叉区域;S6:重复执行步骤S1‑S5。该方法实现每个AGV作业效率的最高化,极大地提高了AGV工作效率及物流搬运效率。同时,本发明还提供了实现调度方法的调度系统。
