The invention discloses an optimized flow guide structure for preventing bogie from snow accumulation and icing based on flow control, and relates to the field of train bogie snow accumulation and icing preventing devices. The structure comprises a housing installed in a bogie area cabin at the bottom of a train; a guide sliding plate capable of moving transversely is arranged at the bottom of thehousing, one end of the guide sliding plate is hinged to one end of a flow guide plate, the other end of the flow guide plate is hinged to one end of an inclined end plate, and the other end of the inclined end plate is hinged to the top of the housing; the inclined end plate is hinged to one end of a driving rod, and the other end of the telescopic driving rod is hinged to a housing upper cover.A certain angle is formed between the flow guide plate and the bottom plane of the train to guide a high-speed airflow at the bottom to flow in a direction away from the bogie area, so that snow particles entering the bogie area are reduced. The flow guide plate can swing, and the included angle formed by the flow guide plate and the train bottom plane can be manually adjusted according to the train running condition to achieve the flow guide and snow prevention effects.
