The invention is applicable to the technical field of icing wind tunnel tests, and provides a control law electric heating anti-icing/deicing system. The system comprises an upper computer, an anti-icing/deicing controller, a heating power supply and an electric heating loop; the upper computer or the anti-icing/deicing controller realizes the setting of an electric heating anti-icing/deicing control law program; the electric heating loop comprises a fuse, a circuit breaker, a current transformer, a solid-state relay and a heating unit which are connected in sequence, and the heating power supply is connected with the fuse and is used for supplying power to the electric heating loop; the anti-icing/deicing controller is connected with the output end of the current transformer and the inputend of the solid-state relay, and the anti-icing/deicing controller is in two-way communication connection with the heating power supply and the upper computer; and the solid-state relay is quickly switched on/off according to a control law to control the power-on time/power-off time of the electric heating loop. Control law electric heating anti-icing/de-icing test requirements of different airplane models are met through one set of system.
