The invention discloses a wind power and PHEV coordinated dispatching power system unit combination method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a target function of an optimal scheduling model is included in wind power grid connection, then the target function of the optimal scheduling model is included in PHEV grid connection, and finally, a wind turbine generator grid-connected operation constraint, a thermal power generator grid-connected operation constraint and an electric vehicle grid-connected operation constraint are established, and system operation constraints of wind powergrid connection and electric vehicle grid connection are considered. According to the invention, wind power generation and a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle supplement each other and cooperate with each other for grid connection, thereby remarkably reducing the operation cost of the system; intelligent charging of the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle is the most flexible and economical mode, whichreduces scheduling of more expensive gas units , and facilitates economical and stable operation of a power grid ; carbon emission tax is introduced, so that the scheduling model is enabled to more tend to clean gas units when scheduling units ; and the carbon dioxide emission of the whole system is sharply reduced.

    本发明公开了一种风电和PHEV协同调度的电力系统机组组合方法,首先对优化调度模型的目标函数计入风电并网,接着对优化调度模型的目标函数计入PHEV并网,最后建立风电机组并网运行约束,火电机组并网运行约束,电动汽车并网运行约束,考虑风电并网和电动汽车并网的系统运行约束。本发明中风力发电和插电式混动汽车二者相辅相成,协同并网,显著降低了系统的运行成本;插电式混动汽车智能充电是最灵活、最经济的模式,减少了更昂贵的燃气机组的调度,这将有利于电网经济稳定地运行。碳排放税的引入,使得调度模型调度机组时更加倾向于清洁的燃气机组,整个系统的二氧化碳排放量急剧降低。
