本发明公开了一种基于路侧双闪灯识别的车辆预警系统及方法,该系统包括:一体化监控装置、预警显示器、预警播音器和控制中心;一体化监控装置间隔排列设置于公路路侧,其上集成有毫米波雷达和摄像头,毫米波雷达用于获取公路上每个车辆的车速和位置信息,并将其传输给控制中心;摄像头用于获取公路上的路况信息,并将其传输给控制中心;本发明能够及时探测到道路中因发生的紧急事故而紧急制动减速并开启双闪灯的车辆,并通过路侧LED情报板及语音播报装置对后方车辆预警,避免后方驾驶员因前方车辆视线遮挡或分心未能及时制动响应从而造成连环追尾事故。

    The invention discloses a vehicle early warning system and method based on roadside double flashing light recognition. The system comprises integrated monitoring devices, an early warning display device, an early warning broadcaster and a control center.
