The invention provides a device, a communication system and a method for detecting a vehicle-mounted label on an expressway. The device comprises a first antenna and a second antenna. The first antenna is used for being arranged in a first area of a lane in a first driving direction of an expressway so as to emit a first detection signal capable of detecting a vehicle-mounted label on a vehicle which drives in the lane in the first driving direction and enters a detection area of the first antenna; the second antenna is used for being arranged in a first area of a lane in a second driving direction so as to be used for transmitting a first interference signal which can enable a vehicle-mounted label on a vehicle which drives in the lane in the second driving direction and enters a detection area of the first antenna not to obtain the first detection signal; wherein the first driving direction and the second driving direction are opposite, and the first area of the lane in the first driving direction is adjacent to the first area of the lane in the second driving direction. According to the scheme, the vehicle-mounted label can be prevented from mistakenly receiving the detection signal under the condition of ensuring safety and low cost.

    本发明提供了一种用于在高速公路上检测车载标签的装置、通信系统及方法,该装置包括:第一天线,用于设置在高速公路的第一行车方向的车道的第一区域,以用于发射能够检测行驶在该第一行车方向的车道且进入该第一天线的检测区域的车辆上的车载标签的第一检测信号;第二天线,用于设置在第二行车方向的车道的第一区域,以用于发射能够使行驶在该第二行车方向的车道且进入该第一天线的检测区域的车辆上的车载标签获取不到该第一检测信号的第一干扰信号;第一行车方向和第二行车方向为相反方向,第一行车方向的车道的第一区域与第二行车方向的车道的第一区域邻近。通过上述方案能够在保证安全及低成本的情况下防止车载标签误接收检测信号。
