The invention discloses a wind power blade lifting appliance. The appliance comprises a wind power blade and a lifting belt, wherein a lifting frame is arranged at the upper end of the wind power blade, a holding clamp is arranged on the side face of the wind power blade, a lifting belt padlocking device is arranged on the holding clamp, first driving motors are arranged at the lower end of the lifting frame, first belt pulleys are arranged on the first driving motors correspondingly, the first belt pulleys are connected with second belt pulleys through belts correspondingly, the second belt pulleys are connected with first rotating gears in a meshing mode correspondingly, the first rotating gears are further connected with ratchet wheel locking mechanisms in a meshing mode correspondingly, one end of the lifting belt is wound on the ratchet wheel locking mechanisms, and the other end of the lifting belt is fixed to the lifting belt padlock device. According to the lifting appliance, the lifting belt can be hung in the lifting belt padlock device to be automatically padlocked, and cooperates with the driving motors, the belt pulleys and the ratchet wheel locking mechanisms to complete actions such as automatic padlocking tightening and the like of the lifting belt, so that the manual belt hanging work in the lifting belt mounting process is avoided, the safety of the whole appliance is ensured, and the lifting belt mounting efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开一种风电叶片吊具,包括风电叶片和吊带,所述风电叶片上端设有吊架;风电叶片侧面上设有抱钳,抱钳上设有吊带挂锁装置;所述吊架下端设有第一驱动电机,所述第一驱动电机上设有第一带轮,第一带轮通过皮带连接有第二带轮,所述第二带轮啮合连接有第一转动齿轮,所述第一转动齿轮还啮合连接有棘轮锁死机构;所述吊带一端缠绕在所述棘轮锁死机构上,所述吊带另一端固定在所述吊带挂锁装置上。本发明的吊具,可将吊带挂在吊带挂锁装置中自动挂锁,配合驱动电机、带轮和棘轮锁死机构完成吊带的自动挂锁收紧等动作,避免了吊带安装过程中人工挂带的工作,保证了整个装置的安全性并提高了吊带安装的效率。
