The invention relates to an S-mode signal receiving and processing device compatible with ADS-B and multipoint positioning. The S-mode signal receiving and processing device comprises a radio frequency signal processing module, a field programmable gate array FPGA module and a central processing unit CPU module. An input S-mode signal and an input control signal sequentially pass through the radiofrequency signal processing module, the field programmable gate array FPGA module and the central processing unit CPU module, and then a multi-point positioning signal and a broadcast automatic correlation monitoring ADS-B signal are outputted. According to the invention, the multi-point positioning signal and the broadcast automatic correlation monitoring ADS-B signal can be integrated into oneset of device, and the multi-point positioning signal and the ADS-B signal can be processed at the same time without changing any hardware, so that the problem of poor compatibility of a receiving andprocessing device is well solved.
