The invention discloses a method for block assembling and welding and final erection between blocks of ship or maritime work equipment, and belongs to the field of building processes of ship or maritime work equipment. The technical problem to be solved is that block assembling and welding are completed in a block assembling and welding field in the prior art, and a large field is occupied; and inthe prior art, gantry cranes are used for hoisting blocks to achieve final erection between the blocks, and a large amount of investment is needed for building gantry cranes for final erection. Technical scheme comprises the steps of building a block on the berth or dock ground, wherein the block to be subjected to final erection is greater than that of a positioning block; transporting the blockto be subjected to final erection to the position close to the positioning block by a berth bogie; and descending the block to be subjected to final erection to at least four three-dimensional positioning vehicles, adjusting all the three-dimensional positioning vehicles, adjusting the left, the right, the front and the back of the block to be subjected to final erection to proper positions, discharging the oil discharging amount of oil cylinders in the vertical direction of all the three-dimensional positioning vehicles, descending the block to be subjected to final erection to proper height, and conducting positioning, pier setting and welding to complete final erection between the two blocks.

    本发明“一种船舶或海工装备的总段装焊和总段间大合拢的方法”属于船舶或海工装备的建造工艺领域。所要解决的技术问题:现有技术的总段装焊是在总段装焊场地完成,占用大量场地;现有技术用龙门吊吊装总段实现总段间大合拢,需要大量投资建设用于大合拢的龙门吊。技术方案:在船台或船坞地面上建造总段,待大合拢总段的高度高于定位总段;用船台小车将待大合拢总段运输到距离定位总段较近距离,将待大合拢总段降落到至少四个三维定位车上面,调节各三维定位车,将待大合拢总段左右和前后调到合适位置,放泄各三维定位车的垂直方向油缸的放油量,将待大合拢总段降落到合适高度,定位、坐墩和焊接,完成两个总段间的大合拢。
