The invention discloses a railway vehicle framework, which comprises two side beams and a cross beam connected between the two side beams. The framework is of a hollow sealing structure with a hollowcavity; primary air spring mounting seats are arranged at the two ends of each side beam, the upper parts of the primary air spring mounting seats are connected with the corresponding side beams in asealed mode, the lower parts are respectively provided with spaces for accommodating primary air springs, and first air inlet holes communicated with the primary air springs and the hollow cavity areformed in the connecting positions of the mounting seats and the side beams; and a secondary air spring mounting seat is arranged in the middle of each side beam, and first air inlet holes communicated with the hollow cavity are formed in the mounting seats. Therefore, the framework with the hollow sealing structure can communicate the secondary air springs, the framework and the primary air springs to form an integrated suspension system air path. When the load is greatly changed and the suspension elastically creeps, the pressure in the primary air springs and the secondary air springs is changed, the purpose that the height between a vehicle body and a wheel set is not changed can be finally achieved, and the maintenance cost of the vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆构架,包括两根侧梁,以及连接于两根侧梁之间的横梁;构架为具有中空腔的为中空密封结构;侧梁的两端部均设有一系空气弹簧安装座,其上部与相应的侧梁密封相连,其下部具有容纳一系空气弹簧的空间,该安装座与侧梁的连接处开设有连通一系空气弹簧和中空腔的第一进气孔;侧梁的中间位置设有二系空气弹簧安装座,该安装座上开设有与中空腔连通的第一进气孔。由此,中空密封结构的构架可将二系空气弹簧、构架和一系空气弹簧连通形成一体的悬挂系统气路。当发生载荷较大变化及悬挂弹性蠕变时,改变一系、二系空气弹簧内的压强,最终可达到车体和轮对之间高度不变的目的,减少车辆维护成本。
