The invention discloses an automobile frame with an adjustable turning radius and a control method. The automobile frame comprises a left longitudinal beam and a right longitudinal beam, each longitudinal beam is provided with a set of rotating mechanism, and each set of rotating mechanism comprises two groups of independent control motors, two groups of locking mechanisms, two groups of ball screws, two groups of rotating arms and a rotating shaft connected between the two groups of rotating arms; the longitudinal beams are mounted in tubular inner cavities of the rotating arms; the control motors are installed on the longitudinal beams, output shafts of the control motors are connected to the ball screws, nut bases are installed on the rotating arms, and the locking mechanisms are installed between the ball screws and the control motors and used for locking the ball screws. The steering radius of the automobile can be actively controlled and adjusted when the steering stability of the automobile is influenced due to insufficient steering or excessive steering of the automobile, so that the automobile runs according to the intention of a driver, the running safety of the automobile is ensured, and meanwhile, the driving difficulty of the driver is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种可调转弯半径的汽车车架及控制方法,其中车架包括左右两根纵梁,每根纵梁上分别拥有一套转动机构,每套转动机构包括两组独立的控制电机、两组锁止机构、两组滚珠丝杠、两组转动臂和连接在两组转动臂之间的转轴;所述纵梁安装在转动臂的管状内腔中;所述控制电机安装在纵梁上,所述控制电机的输出轴连接滚珠丝杠,转动臂上安装有螺母底座,在滚珠丝杠与控制电机之间安装有锁止机构,用于对滚珠丝杠进行锁止。本发明能够在汽车出现不足转向或过多转向而影响汽车操纵稳定性的情况时,主动控制调节汽车的转弯半径,从而使汽车按照驾驶员的意图行驶,保证汽车的行驶安全,同时降低了驾驶员的驾驶难度。
