According to the invention, atrigger part is adopted to directly trigger the projection light source and acquire pantograph carbon contact strip surface 3D information; external logic is simplified, the upper surface contour information of the carbon contact strip is automatically obtained through an algorithm; the falling block on the carbon sliding plate is positioned; the area and depthof falling blocks on the carbon sliding plate and the width of the carbon sliding plate are automatically recognized through an algorithm, and alarm information is sent out or not sent out accordingto a preset threshold value, so that the area and number of falling blocks on the carbon sliding plate can be quickly and accurately quantified, regulations of application regulations are better met,and the situation that the carbon sliding plate is excessively replaced or runs with diseases is avoided; and automatic recording and classification analysis also provide powerful data support for analyzing the application rule of the carbon contact strip and even the state of a contact network line.

    本发明涉及列车运行安全保障技术领域,实施例具体公开一种受电弓碳滑板检测系统及其控制方法。本申请采用触发部件直接触发投射光源和采集受电弓碳滑板表面3D信息,简化了外部逻辑,再通过算法自动获取碳滑板上表面轮廓信息,定位碳滑板上掉块的位置,还通过算法自动识别碳滑板上掉块的面积和深度、以及碳滑板的宽度,并根据预设阈值发出或者不发出报警信息,可以快速、准确的量化出碳滑板上掉块的面积和个数,更好的贴合运用规程的规定,避免碳滑板过度更换或者带病运行的情况;自动记录和分类分析,也为分析碳滑板的运用规律甚至接触网线路的状态,提供有力数据支撑。
