The invention relates to the technical field of balance crane equipment, and discloses a pneumatic balance crane brake mechanism. The pneumatic balance crane brake mechanism comprises a cylinder shell, a lead screw shaft, a heavy-load thrust bearing, a ball nut and a brake wheel, wherein connecting rods are fixedly connected to one side of the brake wheel; a driving nut is fixedly connected to theother ends of the connecting rods; a damping cavity is arranged at one end of the cylinder shell; the interior of the driving nut is in threaded connection with a threaded push rod; limiting rods areclamped on the upper side and lower side of the threaded push rod; and the other ends of the limiting rods are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the cylinder shell. According to the pneumatic balance crane brake mechanism, the driving nut which rotates synchronously with the brake wheel is installed on one side of the original brake wheel, and the threaded push rod is driven to move transversely by the rotation of the driving nut, so that when a damping piston moves transversely in the damping cavity, hydraulic oil in the damping cavity passes through damping holes in the damping pistonto limit the upper limit of the transverse moving speed of the damping piston, the rotation of the brake wheel is further limited, and the slow and stable lifting of heavy objects in the normal use stage of the equipment is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及平衡吊设备技术领域,且公开了一种气动平衡吊刹车机构,包括气缸壳体、丝杠轴、重载推力轴承、滚珠螺母和刹车轮,所述刹车轮的一侧固定连接有连杆,所述连杆的另一端固定连接有驱动螺母,在气缸壳体的一端设有阻尼腔,所述驱动螺母的内部螺纹连接有螺纹推杆,所述螺纹推杆的上下侧均卡接有限位杆,所述限位杆的另一端固定连接于气缸壳体的内壁上。本发明通过在原刹车轮的一侧安装同步转动的驱动螺母,并由驱动螺母的转动带动螺纹推杆横移,从而,使得阻尼活塞在阻尼腔内横移时,由阻尼腔内的液压油通过阻尼活塞上的阻尼孔而致使阻尼活塞横移速度上限受限,进而使得刹车轮的转动受限,以保障设备在正常使用阶段提升重物缓慢且稳定。
