The embodiment of the invention discloses a fiber sling device for a radar scattering cross section test. The fiber sling device comprises an open type steel wire rope knot, an upper rope wheel, a fiber sling and a hanging tool, wherein the upper end of the open type steel wire rope knot is fixedly connected with the lower end part of a steel wire rope; the upper rope wheel is arranged between a first connecting part and a second connecting part of the open type steel wire rope knot; the upper rope wheel, the first connecting part and the second connecting part are arranged on a pin shaft in asleeving manner; the fiber sling is made of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber material; a protective sleeve is arranged on the surface of the fiber sling; an upper end ring hole of the fiber sling is formed in the upper rope wheel in a sleeving manner and is fixed through an upper pressing plate; a lower end ring hole of the fiber sling is formed in a lower rope wheel in a sleeving manner and is fixed through a lower pressing plate; the lower rope wheel is arranged on a stepped shaft through a sliding bearing in a sleeving manner; the hanging tool is arranged on the stepped shaft in a sleeving manner; two lifting lugs of the hanging tool are respectively positioned on two sides of the lower rope wheel; and a second locking piece is arranged at the end part of the stepped shaft. The fiber sling device is good in safety, reliability and wave permeability.

    本发明实施例公开了一种用于雷达散射截面测试的纤维吊索装置,包括:开式钢丝索节,其上端与钢丝绳的下端部固定连接;上绳轮,其设在开式钢丝索节的第一连接部和第二连接部之间,且上绳轮,第一连接部和第二连接部均套设在销轴上;纤维吊索,其采用超高分子量聚乙烯纤维材质,且纤维吊索表面设有保护套,纤维吊索的上端环眼套设在上绳轮上,且通过上压板对上端环眼固定,纤维吊索的下端环眼套设在下绳轮上,且通过下压板对下端环眼固定,其中,下绳轮通过滑动轴承套设在阶梯轴上;吊挂工装,其套设在阶梯轴上,吊挂工装的两个吊耳分别处于下绳轮的两侧,阶梯轴的端部设有第二锁紧件。该纤维吊索装置具有较好的安全性、可靠性及透波性。
