The method comprises the steps that S1, the farthest driving distance d of the residual electric quantity of an electric vehicle is acquired; s2, obtaining the position information of the battery replacement station, the position information of the merchant and the distribution sequence position information of the merchant, and screening out a distribution battery replacement mode meeting the requirements on the premise of meeting the longest driving distanced; and S3, calculating the optimal path of each distribution and battery replacement mode, and screening the distribution and battery replacement path with the lowest score by taking the time of thecommercial tenant arriving at the battery replacement station after preferential distribution, the energy consumption cost of the commercial tenant arriving at the battery replacement station and thetotal battery replacement time as evaluation factors of the distribution and battery replacement path of the electric vehicle. The method has the advantages that the income of logistics distributors can be effectively increased, and the operation cost of the logistics distributors is reduced.
