The invention discloses a roof of a beamless railway boxcar. The roof forms an integrated structure in the longitudinal direction of the boxcar within a railway clearance standard, the two longitudinal ends are supported and fixed to boxcar end walls, and the longitudinal center is supported and fixed to the two sides of a boxcar underframe through a middle part. The cross section of the roof is composed of an upper roof plate in the middle of the cross section of the boxcar and lower roof plates on the two sides, the cross sections of the upper roof plate and the lower roof plates are each ofa rectangular groove structure with a downward opening and opening edges located on the same plane, and rectangular grooves of the lower roof plates are smaller than rectangular grooves of the upperroof plate; and s goods blocking sliding rail is arranged on the longitudinal center line of the rectangular groove of the upper roof plate in the longitudinal direction of the boxcar. The product isof a combined structure made of beam-free plates, is high in rigidity, small in dependence on the side wall and large in vehicle door opening degree, and is particularly suitable for a large-volume full-side-opening express movable side wall boxcar; the roof is provided with the rainproof hole groove, so that water flow is smooth, the top is flat, the limit of the railway rolling stock is fully utilized, and the volume of the vehicle is effectively increased.

    本发明公开了一种无梁式铁路棚车车顶;车顶在铁路限界标准内沿棚车纵向构成一体结构,纵向两端支撑固定在棚车端墙上,纵向中心由中部支撑固定于棚车底架两侧;车顶横截面由棚车横截面中部的上车顶板和两侧的下车顶板构成,上车顶板和下车顶板横截面均为开口向下、开口边在同一平面的矩形槽结构,下车顶板的矩形槽小于上车顶板的矩形槽;上车顶板矩形槽纵向中心线上沿棚车纵向设置货挡滑轨。本发明为无梁式的板材制成的组合结构,自身刚度较大,对侧墙依赖性小,车门开度大,特别适用于大容积全侧开快运活动侧墙棚车;车顶自身设置带有防雨孔槽,水流通畅,顶部平整,充分利用了铁路机车车辆限界,有效地增大了车辆容积。
