The invention discloses a cooling mode of a liquid cooling cable for a liquid cooling charging socket of a new energy electric vehicle. The cooling mode comprises a DC+ liquid cooling jack and a DC- liquid cooling jack which are arranged in an electric vehicle charging socket, and further comprises two liquid cooling electrodes which are connected with a DC+ pole and a DC- pole of a battery pack,and two liquid cooling cables which are respectively connected between the DC+ liquid cooling jack and the DC+ liquid cooling electrode and between the DC- liquid cooling jack and the DC- liquid cooling electrode. The liquid cooling cable comprises a soft wire used for electric conduction, a cooling liquid inner channel and a cooling liquid outer channel, wherein the cooling liquid inner channel and the cooling liquid outer channel are used for cooling the liquid cooling cable; and the ends, which are respectively connected with the liquid cooling electrodes, of the cooling liquid inner channel and the cooling liquid outer channel are communicated with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet respectively, and the ends, which are connected with the liquid cooling jacks, of the cooling liquid inner channel and the cooling liquid outer channel are communicated with a communicating cavity. On the premise that the diameter of an existing cable is not increased, the current borne by the chargingcable is increased to 600A from 250A, it can be guaranteed that the temperature rise of the charging cable is within a controllable range, and the requirement of a user on the charging time of an electric vehicle is met at the same time.

    一种新能源电动汽车液冷充电插座用液冷线缆的冷却方式,包括设置在电动汽车充电插座内的DC+、DC‑两个液冷插孔,还包括与电池组DC+、DC‑极柱连接的两个液冷电极,以及分别连接在DC+液冷插孔与DC+液冷电极、DC‑液冷插孔与DC‑液冷电极之间的两根液冷线缆。液冷线缆包括用于导电的软体导线,用于冷却液冷电缆的冷却液内通道及冷却液外通道;所述冷却液内通道、冷却液外通道与液冷电极连接的一端,分别与进液口、出液口连通,与液冷插孔连接的一端,与连通腔连通。本发明在不增加现有电缆直径的前提下,使充电线缆承载的电流由现有的250A增加到600A,且可保证充电线缆的温升在可控范围内,同时,满足了用户对电动汽车在充电时间上的要求。
