The invention relates to a dual-overhead-sheave shock-absorbing upper beam structure and a dual-overhead-sheath lift car. The structure comprises an upper beam and two overhead sheaves mounted on theupper beam and used for suspending the lift car, the bottom of the upper beam is fixedly connected with an overhead sheave supporting frame, and the two ends, in the length direction of the upper beam, of the overhead sheave supporting frame are provided with connecting surfaces respectively. The overhead sheaves are installed on corresponding fixing frames respectively, and the fixing frames areattached and connected to the corresponding connecting surfaces through damping cushions respectively. The direction of resultant force of the traction cable action borne by each overhead sheave is perpendicular to the connecting surface corresponding to the overhead sheave. According to the structure, the damping cushions are arranged on the tangent plane of the action point of the traction cableresultant force borne by the overhead sheaves to eliminate the shearing force on the damping cushions, the service life of the damping cushions is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the two overhead sheavesare prevented from moving to the middle.

    本发明涉及一种双轿顶轮的减震上梁结构和双轿顶轮轿厢,包括上梁以及安装于上梁以悬吊轿厢的两个轿顶轮,上梁的底部固定有轿顶轮支撑架,轿顶轮支撑架沿上梁长度方向的两端分别带有连接面,轿顶轮分别安装在相应的固定架上,各固定架分别通过减震垫贴靠连接于相应的连接面,各轿顶轮受牵引索作用的合力方向与该轿顶轮所对应的连接面相垂直。本发明通过将减震垫设置在轿顶轮受牵引索合力作用点的切面上,以消除了减震垫上的剪切力,保证了减震垫的寿命,同时防止两轿顶轮向中间产生位移。
