According to a design implementation method of an overpressure balloon with a slip rope reinforced structure, the overpressure balloon comprises a balloon body, sliding ropes, balloon body wrinkles and connecting flanges, wherein the connecting flanges are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the balloon body, the two ends of the sliding ropes are connected with the connecting flanges and evenly and longitudinally arranged on the balloon body, and the balloon body wrinkles are arranged on the balloon body. Reinforcing ribs in the prior art are replaced with the sliding ropes which slide relative to the balloon body, spherical changes can be controlled by applying a pre-tightening force to the ropes at the ends of the balloon body, and the corresponding optimal design sphere can be found more conveniently. The radial tightening amount of the ropes at the cross section of the equator is used as a design variable, so that the adjusted overpressure balloon has ideal pressure resistance and the stress distribution on the balloon body is more uniform.

    一种滑索增强结构超压气球设计实现方法,该超压气球包括:气球囊体、滑动绳索、囊体褶皱和连接法兰,其中:连接法兰设置于气球囊体上下端部,滑动绳索两端与连接法兰相连并均匀纵向设置于气球囊体上,囊体褶皱设置于气球囊体上。本发明采用与囊体相对滑动形式的滑动绳索代替现有技术中的加强筋,可通过在囊体端部对绳索施加预紧力的方式控制球形变化,能更方便地找到对应最佳设计球形;通过赤道截面处绳索径向收紧量为设计变量,使调整后的超压气球拥有理想的抗压能力以及囊体上应力分布更均匀。
