The invention discloses a height-adjustable maintenance mechanism for electromechanical equipment of a substation. The height-adjustable maintenance mechanism for the electromechanical equipment of the substation comprises a base and an operation table; the operation table is arranged on the base; an auxiliary moving structure is arranged below the base; a buffering type vibration reducing structure is arranged on the base; a shear fork type lifting structure is arranged on the buffering type vibration reducing structure; the buffering type vibration reducing structure is connected to the operation table; and an enclosing protective structure is arranged on the operation table. According to the height-adjustable maintenance mechanism for the electromechanical equipment of the substation, the movement of the overall device is facilitated by arranging the auxiliary moving structure below the base; the vibration produced by an upper load in a moving process is counteracted by arranging the buffering type vibration reducing structure on the base, so that the stability of the device is improved; meanwhile, the position height of the operation table at an upper part is ascended by matching the shear fork type lifting structure, which facilitates the operation of maintenance personnel at a high position in the substation; the maintenance personnel is protected by arranging the enclosing protective structure on the operation table; and the height-adjustable maintenance mechanism for the electromechanical equipment of the substation is simple in structure, high in controllability and wide in applicability.

    本发明公开了一种变电所机电设备的高度可调节式维修机构,包括基座以及操作台,所述操作台安设于所述基座上,所述基座下方设置有辅助移动结构,所述基座上设置有缓冲式减震结构,所述缓冲式减震结构上设置有剪叉式升降结构、且与所述操作台相连接,所述操作台上设置有围挡防护结构,本发明通过在基座下部设置辅助移动结构,便于对整个装置进行移动,基座上设置缓冲式减震结构,抵消上部载荷在移动过程中产生的震动,提高装置的稳定性,同时配合剪叉式升降结构对上部的操作台进行位置高度提升,便于维修人员对变电所内的较高位置进行操作,操作台上设置围挡防护结构,对维修人员进行保护,结构简单,可控性高,适用广泛。
