The invention discloses a stable offshore floating platform which comprises an upper using platform, a supporting structure, a buoyancy layer and an anchor chain positioning system, one end, located above the sea level, of the supporting structure is connected with the upper using platform, and the other end, located below the sea level, of the supporting structure is connected with the buoyancy layer; the anchor chain positioning system comprises an anchor and an anchor chain, the anchor is located at the seabed, and one end of the anchor chain is connected with the anchor while the other endis connected with the buoyancy layer; the distance between the upper using platform and the sea level is larger than 10 meters, and the distance between the buoyancy layer and the sea level is largerthan 20 meters. By arranging the positions of the buoyancy layer and the upper using platform relative to the sea level, the offshore floating platform can keep relative stability when encountering huge waves, damage to the offshore floating platform caused by the huge waves can be effectively avoided, and the service life of the offshore floating platform is prolonged.
