The invention discloses a power system CAN network topology structure and a new energy automobile. The power system CAN network topology structure comprises an automobile body CAN structure, a power CAN structure and a gateway data collector, wherein the automobile body CAN structure comprises a plurality of automobile body control systems used for independently controlling corresponding automobile body components on an automobile, and the power CAN structure comprises a plurality of power control systems used for independently controlling corresponding power components on the automobile; thegateway data collector is respectively connected with the plurality of automobile body control systems and the plurality of power control systems. According to the power system CAN network topology structure, each automobile body control system and each power control system can obtain required signals from the gateway data collector, so that the message forwarding number is reduced, and the CAN network utilization rate is improved; moreover, the automobile body control systems and the power control systems independently bear the control functions of the corresponding automobile parts, so thatthe development of control universalization is facilitated, and meanwhile, the overall performance of the parts is improved.

    本发明公开了一种动力系统CAN网络拓扑结构及新能源汽车,包括车身CAN结构、动力CAN结构及网关数据采集器,车身CAN结构包括多个用于独立控制汽车上对应的车身部件的车身控制系统,动力CAN结构包括多个用于独立控制汽车上对应的动力部件的动力控制系统;其中:网关数据采集器分别与多个车身控制系统及多个动力控制系统连接。本申请的动力系统CAN网络拓扑结构中的各车身控制系统和动力控制系统均可从网关数据采集器中获取所需信号,从而减少了报文转发数量,CAN网络利用率得以提升;而且,各车身控制系统和动力控制系统均独自承担了各自对应汽车部件的控制功能,有利于控制通用化的开发,同时部件整体性能得以提升。
