The invention relates to a non-contact power battery low-temperature heating, impedance measurement and charging method. Alternating currents in a non-contact power battery charging device are used for measuring battery impedance and heat a power battery to realize measurement of the battery impedance and heating of the power battery by using wireless charging equipment; and no external connectionwith an independent excitation source is needed. In addition, the charging current and voltage of the battery can be updated in real time according to the battery impedance measured in real time, optimal current and optimal voltage charging is achieved, the charging efficiency is higher, and damages to the battery in the charging process are smaller. The SOC and SOH of the power battery can be updated in real time according to the battery impedance measured in real time, and the state parameters of the power battery can be estimated more accurately. The alternating current heating frequency,current and power parameters of the battery can be updated in real time according to the battery impedance measured in real time, the variable frequency heating temperature rise rate is higher, and the control accuracy is high and the control is simple.
