The invention discloses a heat dissipation assembly of an electric water pump and a cooling fan. The heat dissipation assembly comprises a box body; a temperature control device is fixedly connected to the bottom of an inner cavity of the box body and located on one side, far away from a corresponding heat dissipation rotating shaft, of each heat dissipation fan blade; a thermal-insulation separation plate is fixedly connected in the lower middle positions of the inner walls of the two sides of the box body; a separation box is fixedly connected in the middle of the top of the thermal-insulation separation plate; a shock absorbing seat is fixedly connected in the middle of the bottom of an inner cavity of the separation box; a heat dissipation water pump is fixedly connected at the top ofthe shock absorbing seat; heat-conduction guiding plates are arranged at the top of the thermal-insulation separation plate and located in the symmetric positions of the two sides of the separation box; a heat dissipation water tank is arranged in the upper middle positions of the inner walls of the two sides of the box body through the thermal-insulation separation plate; and circulating valves are arranged in the symmetric positions of the two sides, close to the inner walls, of the thermal-insulation separation plate. The invention relates to the technical field of heat dissipation assemblies. The heat dissipation effect of the whole heat dissipation assembly can be enhanced through temperature control, the influence on the use safety of equipment due to inside water vapor condensationis avoided through effective cooling and heating alternating, and the service life of the equipment is guaranteed.
