The invention provides an underwater pipeline pulling-out clamp, device and method. The underwater pipeline pulling-out device comprises two underwater pipeline pulling-out clamps. Each underwater pipeline pulling-out clamp comprises a force applying rod, wherein two positioning shafts and two arc clamping plates are arranged at the pipeline clamping end of the force applying rod; the two positioning shafts are parallel to each other and are both vertically fixed to the force applying rod; the outer wall of each arc clamping plate is connected to one positioning shaft; an axial limiting structure is arranged between the arc clamping plates and the positioning shafts; the arc clamping plates can rotate along the positioning shafts; and the arc clamping plates sleeve the outer periphery of an underwater pipeline. The two positioning shafts of one underwater pipeline pulling-out clamp and the two positioning shafts of the other underwater pipeline pulling-out clamp are crossed verticallyand act mutually to clamp the underwater pipeline, so that the arc clamping plates and the underwater pipeline generate enough friction force, and the underwater pipeline is pulled out upwards. A connecting structure of the underwater pipeline pulling-out device and the underwater pipeline is high in reliability and easy and convenient to construct, and the underwater pipeline cannot be damaged.

    本发明提出一种水下管道拔出夹具、拔出装置及拔出方法,水下管道拔出装置包括两个水下管道拔出夹具;水下管道拔出夹具包括加力杆;加力杆的管道装夹端设置有两个定位轴和两个圆弧夹板;两个定位轴相互平行,且均垂直固定在加力杆上;每个圆弧夹板的外壁分别连接在一个定位轴上;圆弧夹板与定位轴之间设置有轴向限位结构;圆弧夹板可沿定位轴转动;圆弧夹板套装在水下管道外周;一个水下管道拔出夹具的两个定位轴与另一个水下管道拔出夹具的两个定位轴上下交叉布置,相互作用夹紧水下管道,从而圆弧夹板与水下管道产生足够大的摩擦力,将水下管道向上拔出。水下管道拔出装置与水下管道的连接结构可靠性高,施工简便,且不会损坏水下管道。
