The invention belongs to the field of electric vehicles, and discloses a charging switching device and system for an AC/DC electric vehicle. The device comprises a control module and a plurality of switching units. The switching unit comprises an input terminal, an output terminal, a detection module, a power switch, a first control switch and a second control switch. A charging power loop and a charging control loop are arranged between the input terminal and the output terminal; the power switch is arranged on the charging power loop, the first control switch is arranged on the charging control loop, one end of the second control switch is connected with the charging control loop between the output terminal and the first control switch, and the other end is connected with the first control switch; the first control switch and the second control switch are interlocked and communicated; one end of the detection module is connected with the power switch, the first control switch and thesecond control switch, and the other end is connected with the control module. Power supply of a plurality of output terminals is realized by controlling the plurality of switching units, more abundant charging loop connection modes are provided, and the utilization rate of charging facilities is improved.
