The invention discloses a liquid-cooling conductive jack for a liquid-cooling charging socket of a new energy electric vehicle. The liquid-cooling jack is in a shaft shape. One end of the liquid-cooling jack is a jack end correspondingly connected with a charging gun terminal in an inserted mode, and the other end of the liquid-cooling jack is a connecting end connected with a liquid-cooling cable. A communicating cavity is formed in the end face of the connecting end, and the communicating cavity extends towards the jack end and is sealed in the outer wall of the jack in the jack end. According to the invention, electrical connection from the charging gun terminal to the liquid-cooling cable is established in a semicircular crimping mode; a cooling liquid inner channel and a cooling liquid outer channel are communicated in structure; a complete channel of the cooling liquid in the liquid-cooling cable is formed, and circulating cooling of the liquid-cooling cable is achieved, so thatthe liquid-cooling cable can bear high-voltage and large-current charging loads, and accidents caused by overheating are avoided; and due to the fact that the charging current is greatly improved, thecharging time of the electric vehicle is greatly shortened, and the requirement of a user for the charging time of the electric vehicle is met.

    一种新能源电动汽车液冷充电插座用液冷导电插孔,所述液冷插孔为轴状,一端为与充电枪端子对应插接的插孔端,另一端为与液冷线缆连接的连接端,在连接端的端面上设有连通腔,所述连通腔向插孔端延伸,且封闭于插孔端插孔的外壁内。本发明不但通过半圆压接的方式建立了从充电枪端子到液冷线缆的电性连接,而且在结构上使冷却液内通道与冷却液外通道实现了连通,构成了冷却液在液冷线缆内的完整通道,实现了对液冷线缆的循环冷却,从而使液冷线缆可以承载高电压、大电流的充电负荷,不会因过热而酿成事故。由于充电电流的大幅提升,使电动汽车的充电时间大幅缩短,满足了用户对电动汽车在充电时间上的要求。
