The invention discloses a prefabricated T-beam formwork hoisting device. The hoisting device comprises a main beam, a hoisting plate, a limiting hoisting plate, a hoisting steel wire rope, a hoistingsleeve, a balance beam, a triangular reinforcing plate and an anchoring connecting rod, wherein the main beam and the hoisting plate form a hoisting and bearing system, the limiting hoisting plate andthe hoisting steel wire rope form a connecting and adjusting system, the hoisting sleeve and the balance beam form a suspension balance fixing system, and the hoisting device and a formwork are connected together through an anchoring connecting rod. Compared with the prior art, the prefabricated T-beam formwork hoisting device can accelerate the construction speed on the premise of ensuring the quality, the operation process is simple and flexible, collision to a beam body in the hoisting process is effectively avoided, the safety is higher, the number of constructors in the formwork installing and uninstalling process is reduced, the labor intensity of the constructors is relieved, and then the cost is reduced.

    一种预制T梁模板吊装装置。其包括主梁、起吊板、限位吊板、起吊钢丝绳、吊装套筒、平衡梁、三角形加强板和锚固连接杆;主梁和起吊板组成起吊承重系统,限位吊板和起吊钢丝绳组成连接调节系统,吊装套筒及平衡梁组成悬吊平衡固定系统,并通过锚固连接杆将吊装装置与模板连接在一起;与现有技术相比,本发明提供的预制T梁模板吊装装置能够在保证质量的前提下加快施工速度,并且操作过程简单灵活,有效避免吊装过程中对梁体的碰撞、安全性较高,降低了模板安装和拆除过程中施工人员的数量及劳动强度,进而降低成本。
