The invention provides a cabin separation device of a spacecraft. The device comprises a base, a sleeve, an ejector rod assembly, a pushing spring and an adjusting gasket, wherein the bottom of the pushing spring abuts against the base, the top of the pushing spring abuts against an ejector rod, a groove is formed in the base, the adjusting gasket is located in the groove, the jacking force of theejector rod is adjusted by adjusting the jacking spring, the sleeve is installed on a butt joint ring of a first cabin section of the spacecraft, the ejector rod abuts against an end face of a butt joint ring of a second cabin section of the spacecraft, the piston abuts against a top end of the sleeve when no external force constraint exists, when the spacecraft is launched, the ejector rod is pressed into the sleeve, after the spacecraft enters an orbit, the ejector rod extends outwards to push the first cabin section and the second cabin section to move reversely, and separation is completed. The device is advantaged in that consistency of thrust when a plurality of separation devices work together can be ensured, smoothness of the aircraft cabin separation process can be effectively improved, and attitude disturbance caused by cabin separation is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种空间飞行器的舱段分离装置,包括底座、套筒、顶杆组件、顶推弹簧和调节垫片,顶推弹簧的底部与底座相抵触,顶推弹簧的顶部与顶杆相抵触,底座上开设有凹槽,调节垫片位于凹槽内通过调节顶推弹簧来调节顶杆的顶力,套筒安装在空间飞行器第一舱段的对接环上,顶杆抵设于空间飞行器第二舱段的对接环端面,无外力约束时,活塞抵设于套筒的顶端;空间飞行器发射时,顶杆压入套筒;空间飞行器入轨后,顶杆向外伸出,推动第一舱段和第二舱段反向运动,完成分离。本发明能够保证多个分离装置一起工作时推力的一致性,可以有效提高飞行器舱段分离过程的平顺性,降低因舱段分离带来的姿态扰动。
