The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery equalization device cooperatively charged with a direct current charging pile. The electric vehicle battery equalization device comprises a controller, N equalization charging modules, N equalization switches, a communication interface and an equalization charging interface, wherein the controller is in bidirectional connection with each equalization charging module, each equalization switch and the communication interface, the equalization charging module is connected with the corresponding equalization switch, and all the equalization switches are connected with the equalization charging interface, the communication interface is connected with a communication module of a direct-current charging pile, and a direct-current charging pile control module obtains a control signal of the equalization device through a communication module and charges a battery pack on an electric vehicle by controlling the direct-current charging switch. Under the condition that a battery is unbalanced, the controller controls the quick charging module of the direct-current charging pile to charge and controls each branch of the equalizing charging module to charge and discharge so that the battery can be quickly charged, and the service life of the battery is greatly prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种与直流充电桩协同充电的电动车电池均衡装置,它包括控制器,N个均衡充电模块,N个均衡开关,通信接口和均衡充电接口。所述的控制器和各个均衡充电模块双向连接,控制器和各个均衡开关双向连接,控制器和通信接口双向连接。所述的均衡充电模块分别连接各对应均衡开关,所有均衡开关连至均衡充电接口。所述的通信接口与直流充电桩的通信模块连接,直流充电桩控制模块通过所述通信模块获得均衡装置的控制信号,通过控制直流充电开关对电动车上的电池组充电。在电池不均衡的情况下,控制器通过控制直流充电桩的快充模块充电以及控制均衡充电模块每一条支路充放电,既能对电池进行快速充电的同时大大提升电池寿命。
